山西煤炭进出口集团河曲旧县露天煤业有限公司 位于山西省忻州市河曲县旧县乡,生产能力为800万吨/年。[13] 山西煤炭进出口集团河曲旧县露天煤业有限公司矿井是对河曲县原范家梁、石堡子煤业公司等八处煤矿兼并重组整合而成的。批复生产能力3.0Mt/a，开采方式为露天开采，同时配套建设500万吨选煤厂。2016年6月24日，项目竣工验收，正式转入生产矿井。 [14]2021年9月，该矿产能核增为1000万吨/年。[3]

该矿所产煤炭主要做动力煤供电厂使用。该矿洗选后的精煤通过公路和铁路联运的方式运输到外地销售。[2]山煤河曲2×350MW低热值煤发电项目是该矿选煤厂的配套项目，主要消耗露天煤矿选煤厂生产的副产品—矸石和煤泥。[8]2025年3月5日，该电厂的1号机组正式投产发电转入商业运营。[15]
