煤矿背景
晋能控股煤业集团东周窑煤炭大同有限公司东周窑煤矿 于2008年开工建设，2013年建成，2014年8月投入试生产，2015年6月通过竣工环境保护验收，生产规模为1000万吨/年。[2]
该矿的各煤层原煤适用于动力用煤，高灰低热值煤可作为火力发电用煤，洗精煤可作为炼焦配煤和低温干溜及液化用煤。洗出精煤全部由公司股东广州珠江电力燃料有限公司包销。[1]
