煤矿背景
枣庄矿业（集团）有限责任公司柴里煤矿 是一座井工煤矿，位于山东省枣庄市滕州西岗镇柴里。[11] 柴里煤矿隶属于枣庄矿业（集团）有限责任公司。1961年11月14日开工建设，1964年10月10日建成投产，设计生产能力为30万吨/年。柴里煤矿后经三次改扩建，第三次改扩建工程于 1987年1月1日开始施工，1992年底竣工投产，设计生产能力由150万吨/年提高至240万吨/年。[12]2020年核定生产能力为240万吨/年。[13]
2015年8月15日13时左右，柴里煤矿发生冒顶事故，造成2人遇难。[14]
