神木市三江能源有限公司（曾用名：神木县三江能源有限公司） 是一座井工煤矿，位于陕西省榆林市神木市麻家塔乡。[12] 三江能源煤矿隶属于神木市三江能源有限公司。该矿是煤炭资源整合矿井。整合前的煤矿建于1992年8月，1993年5月建成投产，设计生产能力15万吨/年。[13]2013年7月18日，三江能源煤矿资源整合项目开工建设，设计生产能力为120万吨/年。[14]2016年10月该整合项目竣工并进入联合试运转。[15]2018年核定生产能力为120万吨/年。[16]

2015年7月28日下午2时左右，三江能源煤矿发生一起爆炸事故，1人重伤。[14]
