2015年7月，国家发展改革委核准内蒙古神东矿区东胜区转龙湾煤矿项目。矿井建设规模500万吨/年。[1]
In July 2015, the Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine has been ratified by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)for construction, with approved annual production capacity of 5Mt.
2019年，内蒙古自治区能源局同意转龙湾煤矿生产能力由500万吨/年核增至1000万吨/年。[2]
In 2019, the capacity of Zhuanlongwan Mine has been approved by the Department of Energy of Inner Mongolia to increase to 10 Mt/year.
