煤矿背景
巴拉素煤矿 位于陕西省榆林市榆阳区，建设规模1500万吨/年。 2019年3月29日，国家发展改革委同意建设榆横矿区北区巴拉素煤矿项目，建设规模为1000万吨/年。[11]2021年10月25日，国家发展和改革委员会《关于调整煤矿项目建设规模加快释放先进产能有关事宜的通知》，巴拉素煤矿被列入保供煤矿，建设规模由1000万吨/年调整为1500万吨/年。[12] 2023年1月，该矿开始试生产。[13] 2023年10月通过了项目竣工环保设施自主验收。[14]
巴拉素煤矿煤炭产品为动力用煤和化工用煤， 为延长集团靖边能源化工综合利用项目、 榆横醋酸项目以及延安能源化工园区的配套资源。[15]该矿也通过铁路专线为富县电厂提供电煤。[16]
