高家堡煤矿 是山东能源淄矿集团在陕西彬长矿区开发建设的第二对现代化大型矿井，位于国家规划的十三个大型煤炭基地之一的彬长矿区西北部，矿井建设规模为500万吨/年。[14] 2013年8月，国家发展改革委核准陕西彬长矿区高家堡煤矿项目。矿井建设规模为500万吨/年[15] 2016年4月，陕西省煤炭生产安全监督局对该项目的联合试运转予以批复。[16] 2019年矿井转入正式生产。[17]
