陕西火石咀煤矿有限责任公司 位于陕西省咸阳市彬县城关镇，矿井建设规模为300万吨/年。 陕西火石咀煤矿有限责任公司是河北中达集团响应国家西部开发号召，与咸阳市彬县城关镇合作的招商引资项目。她的前身是彬县火石咀煤矿，原隶属彬县城关镇，是一座乡镇集体小煤矿。该矿始建于1976年，年生产能力仅9万吨。河北中达集团依靠自身优越的人才、技术、资金和销售渠道，先后投入资金3.6亿元，对这座小煤矿进行了全面的技术改造，使这座面临倒闭的老煤矿重新焕发了青春，目前已达到了年产300万吨的生产能力，真正迈入了国有大型机械化矿井的行列。[8]
