煤矿背景

陕西煤业集团黄陵建庄矿业有限公司 位于陕西省延安市黄陵县店头镇。 陕西煤业集团黄陵建庄矿业有限公司建北煤矿井田可采面积48.0平方公里，地质储量311.50Mt。矿井属低瓦斯矿井，采用斜井开拓方式。于2008年10月开工建设,设计生产能力240万吨/年。2010年6月底完成了矿井基本建设，2010年7月，正式进入联合试运转阶段；2011年11月国家能源局对公司建北煤矿建设项目进行了总体竣工验收，现场通过验收。2012年5月公司建北矿井紧急避险系统安全设施设计经陕西煤矿安全监察局审查后批复，取得了陕西煤矿安全监察局颁发的煤矿安全生产许可证。2012年 7月取得了陕西煤炭生产安全监督管理局颁发的煤炭生产许可证。 [16]

2012年，企业进行扩能改造，规模由240万吨/年增加至500万吨/年，陕西省煤炭生产安全监督管理局以陕煤局发〔2012〕256号文件对项目生产能力进行了核定。[17]
