陕西陕煤铜川矿业有限公司陈家山煤矿 是一座井工煤矿，位于陕西省铜川市耀州区庙湾镇。[14] 陈家山煤矿隶属于陕西陕煤铜川矿业有限公司。1979年6月11日建成投产。[15]2008年被鉴定为高瓦斯矿井。[16]2019年核定生产能力为180万吨/年。[17]

2001年4月6日，陈家山煤矿发生瓦斯爆炸事故，38人死亡，7人受伤。[18] 2004年11月28日，陈家山煤矿发生特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故，166人遇难。[19] 2016年10月23日，陈家山煤矿发生一起其他事故，1人死亡。[20]
