陕西黄陵二号煤矿有限公司 位于陕西省延安市黄陵县双龙镇 陕西黄陵二号煤矿于2004年开工建设，2009年2月竣工投产，矿井及选煤厂建设规模7.0Mt/a。[15] 2012年7月，陕西省煤炭生产安全监督管理局根据同意陕西黄陵二号煤矿生产能力核定为8.0Mt/a。[16]

该矿所产煤炭主要用于动力、气化、炼焦配煤、低温干馏及高炉喷吹用煤。[2]该矿为黄陵矿业店头电厂二期2x1000MW供煤，年供煤量348万吨，通过矿区铁路专用线输送。[10]

该矿2013年发生过死亡事故。[17]
