Background
The Abansky coal mine is operated by Krasnoyarskkrayugol OJSC, a subsidiary of Russian Coal.
Its capacity is 270,000 tonnes per year.[1][2] But it appears that the actual production of the mine is much lower, in 9m 2021 the Abakansky coal mine only produced 50,000 tonnes.[3]
The other mine operated by Krasnoyarskkrayugol is Pereyaslovskiy coal mine, which makes up 98% of the company's production.[4]
