Binungan coal mine

The Binungan coal mine is an opencast mine, operated by Berau Coal Energy, with a capacity of 9.3 million tonnes-per-annum (MTPA) in Pegat Bukur, Sambaliung, Berau, East Kalimantan, Indonesia.[1] Along with the Sambarata coal mine and Lati coal mine, it produces a combined 32 million tonnes per annum.[2]
