Dominion spent $1,840,000 on in house lobbying efforts in 2008 and an additional $470,000 in 2009.[1] The other Dominion in-house registered lobbyists were Bruce McKay, Kelly Chapman and Carolyn Perry in 2008 with Byrd replacing Bruce McKay in 2009.
