Dominion spent $1,840,000 on in house lobbying efforts in 2008 and an additional $470,000 in 2009.[1] The registered lobbyists were Kelly Chapman, Carolyn Perry and Ann Loomis in 2008 with Bruce Byrd replacing Bruce McKay in 2009.
