Calombo Mine or Mina do Calombo is a coal mine in Arroio dos Ratos, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It is owned by Copelmi Mineração. Calombo Mine is owned by Copelmi Mineração LTDA[3][4]. The mine is often referred to as "Arroio dos Ratos."[5] Copelmi is Brazil’s largest private coal mining company, controlling more than 80% of the country's industrial coal market.[6]
