Background
In 2021, a contract for the Central Rich and Lean Gas Segregation Project was awarded to Galfar for US$104 million. The project entailed the addition of a 65 km, 48 in loop line from Block Valve Station 09 to Sur, where it would serve Oman LNG with an additional 6 bcm/year. It was completed in 2025. Per OQGN's maps, this pipeline connects from the SNGP Loop.[5][3][4][1]
