Chongqing-Guizhou-Guangxi Pipeline 渝桂输气管线(重庆-贵州-广西) is a proposed gas pipeline in China.[1]

Location

The natural gas pipeline starts in Fuling District, Chongqing Municipality and ends in Hechi City, Guangxi. It spans a total length of 919 km and is designed to transport 12 billion cubic meters of gas annually. It will connect Sinopec's Sichuan-Chongqing mainline and Sinopec's Guangxi LNG outbound pipeline, facilitating mutual supply and protection of natural gas resources including Sichuan-Chongqing gas, Guangxi LNG, and unconventional natural gas. The pipeline aims to achieve diversified forms and routes of natural gas supply and is currently undergoing preparatory work (2019).[1]

Background

The pipeline sources are the multiple gas fields in Sichuan Basin & Beihai LNG Terminal. In October 2020 ownership of the pipeline was transferred from Sinopec to PipeChina.[2]
