Erdemir Eregli steel plant (EREĞLİ DEMİR VE ÇELİK FABRİKALARI T.A.Ş (Turkish)) (also known as Eregli Demir) is a 4000-thousand tonnes per annum (ttpa) blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) steel plant in Zonguldak, in Turkey. Oyak Mining Metallurgy Group owns and operates two facilities in Turkey, Erdemir steel plant and Isdemir steel plant.[1]

Erdemir S.A. was established in 1960, but the steel plant did not begin operation until 1965.[2]
