Background

Community consultations for the Glabbeek to Halen Pipeline began in 2021. The fate of the pipeline is linked with the proposed 900W power plant at the T-power Beringen power station. Construction of the pipeline was initially slated to begin in 2025.[4] In 2023, VRT News reported that the project timeline had been pushed back after delays T-power plant project delays.[5]
