Godo Steel Osaka Works (合同製鐵株式会社大阪製造所 (Japanese)) is a 805 thousand tonnes per annum (TTPA) electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Osaka, Kansai, Japan.

Background

Osaka Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd. established in 1937. The company merged with Otani Jukogyo Co.,Ltd. in 1977 and changed the company name to Godo Steel, Ltd. The company constructed new 70 ton electric furnace at the Osaka Works. The plant ceased operations of blast furnace in 1994.[2]
