Grupo Acerero steel plant (Acería Grupo Acerero), also known as Acería Grupo Acerero, is a steel plant in San Luis Potosí, Mexico that operates electric arc furnace (EAF) technology.

Background
The Grupo Acerero steel plant began operating in 2004 under Grupo Acerero.[1] It is a scrap-based plant.[2]
In 2017, the company broke ground for a new melting plant at the site, representing an investment of $95 million.[3]
