Background
According to the capacity replacement plan in January 2022, the company plans to build a 150-ton electric furnace.[1]
The plant previously initiated a steel project without obtaining prior approval, which was subsequently halted. It resumed construction in 2023.[2][3]
The EAF project commissioned in September 2024.[4]
