Guodian Qixinghe South power station is a proposed 2,000-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Heilongjiang Province, China.
Location
The map below shows the location of Qixinghe Township, the approximate location where the plant would be built in Baoqing County, Shuangyashan Prefecture, Heilongjiang Province.
Background on Project
According to a 2012 report by the World Resources Institute, China Guodian is currently planning to build a coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 2,000 MW in Heilongjiang Province.[1]
However, there appear to be no other publicly available information on the proposed power station, and it may have been cancelled, or the project may be referring to the Guodian Baoqing power station.
