Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel is a steel manufacturing company based in the Special Economic Zone in Duqum of the Sultanate of Oman. It is the largest privately-owned integrated steel producer in the Persian Gulf region. Jindal Shadeed has made commitments to foster socio-economic growth and support Oman's transition to a green, circular economy. The Duqum plant will be a hydrogen-ready green steel complex.[ 1]
