Background

Kamsky Metallurgical Works TEMPO was commissioned in 2016.

The plant has been shut down for repairs in 2019 and 2020. As of April 2021, a legal battle between the plant and its supplier of electrodes was ongoing, so the plant may not be operating.

As of October 2023, the plant is operating.
