Background

Kyoei Iron Ltd was established in 1947. The name of the company was changed to Kyoei Steel Ltd in 1948. Kyoei Steel acquired the management right for Daiichi Steel Ltd. in 1984, which is now Kyoei Steel Nagoya Division, to reinforce the business base in the Chubu area.[1]
