Lion Industries Megasteel plant, also known as Lion Steel SDN BHD, Oriental Shield SDN BHD (predecessor), is a steel plant in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia that operates electric arc furnace (EAF) technology.

Background
In December 2021, Amsteel Mills bought the plant's DRI unit, which had ceased operating since February/March 2016.[1] According to the company's 2022 Annual report, the operations at the plant was suspended temporarily.[2]
