Background

The Rashmi Group decided to build the new capacity in Jamuria, Burdwan (West Bengal) and was anticipated to be completed in 2021. However, no recent updates on the progress of construction have been published. As of December 2023, the project is still in pipeline.

As of October 2025, there has been no updates on the development of the plant.
