Background

The plant was founded as Daehan Heavy Machinery in 1955. The Gunsan plant was established in 1997. Steel from SeAH Besteel Gunsan is finished at Changnyeong Plant (635-940 100, Daehapsaneopdanji-ro, Daehap-myeon, Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, Republic of Korea). The plant was acquired by SeAH Holdings in December 2003 and renamed as SeAH Besteel.
