Background
SBPIL obtained environmental Clearance for setting up an Integrated Steel Plant at Tilda, in October 6th, 2010.[1] The plant began operation in 2013 with a capacity of 500 ttpa.[2] The company later announced their plans to expand the capacity by another 500 ttpa.[1]
