Sin Yuan Steel Shymkent steel plant (Сталелитейный завод ТОО SinYuanSteel (Russian)), also known as Amir-A LLP (predecessor), is a idled steel plant in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

Background
The plant was built on the foundation of a smaller facility in 2020. The plant started operations in 2021 briefly and was mothballed since 2021 due to ownership dispute among Kazakhstani and Chinese investors.[1]
