South West Coal is a 70% owner of Vasse Coal Management Pty. Ltd, the proponent of the Vasse Coal Project near Margaret River in south-west Western Australia. South West Coal in turn is a subsidiary of the AMCI Group.[1]
Vasse Coal Management is also 30% owned by Vasse Coal Pty Ltd, a privately owned company.[1]
