Steel Dynamics Engineered Bar Products steel plant, also known as Steel Dynamics Pittsboro, is a 725 thousand tonnes per annum (TTPA) electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Pittsboro, Indiana, United States.

Background
The Steel Dynamics Engineered Bar Products steel plant began operating in 2004 after it had been idled for two years following the bankruptcy of its previous owner. Qualitech Steel built the mill in 1996, and it was bought by Steel Dynamics in 2002.[2]
In 2012, Steel Dynamics invested $76 million into upgrading the plant to increase the facility's capacity by 52%.[2][3]
