The U.S.-China Energy Cooperation Program

The U.S.-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP) is "a partnership between government and industry to enhance energy security and combat climate change. The ECP will leverage private sector resources and expertise to accelerate the deployment of clean energy technology."[1]
