The company’s CDQ supporting projects are progressing slowly, and there is a lack of occupational health and safety management system, quality management system, and environmental management system certificates within the validity period. At present, the company has been included in the list of steel companies to be rectified due to quality, safety and environmental issues.[2]

According to the announcement of the capacity replacement plan, the company plans to build a 110-ton BOF and two 1780m3 blast furnaces, which are expected to be put into operation in 2022. At the same time, four existing 700-ton blast furnaces and one 45-ton ne BOF are eliminated.[3][4]
