Tosyali Algerie Oran steel plant (Tosyali Algérie (French) ; شركة توسيالي الجزائرية التركية للحديد والصلب (Arabic)) is a direct reduced iron-electric arc furnace (DRI-EAF) steel plant operating in Bethiqua, Oran, Algeria.

Background

The Tosyali Algerie Oran steel plant has seen increases in investments in phases since it first started operating.[1] In July 2021, the company announced it would be expanding capacity with a 2 mtpa electric arc furnace facility and 2.5 mtpa DRI plant. The expansion is set to commence operations in 2024.[2]
