Background
The Tubridgi Pipeline System consisted of two parallel pipelines: the 87-kilometer Tubridgi Pipeline and the 87-kilometer Griffin Pipeline.[1] The Tubridgi Pipeline was operational from 1991 to 2001, when the Griffin Pipeline became used exclusively. The Griffin Pipeline was operational from 1994 to 2004, when production at the gas field ceased.[4][3]
In 2016, the Tubridgi Pipeline portion of the system was refurbished and put back into operation as part of the Ashburton Onslow Gas Pipeline.[4][3]
