Tyumen Electrosteel (Металлургический завод Электросталь Тюмени), also known as UGMK-Steel; UGMK-Stal, is a 550 TTPA electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Tyumen, Russia.[1]

Background

The construction of the plant began in 2006. The electric arc furnace shop of the plant produced the first steel in 2013; the official launch of the plant took place in 2014. The enterprise is part of the structure of UMMC Steel of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company.[2]
