Dien Cong Coal Terminal is a specialized coal terminal, accounting for approximately 70% of total coal throughput by Da Bac Logistics Company. The modernization project plans to expand the capacity up to 13.5 mtpa, 10 mtpa of exports and 3.5 mtpa of coal imports. The project mentioned should have been invested in 2024-2025 period. There is no confirmation on the construction or completion of the project found as of October 2026.[1]
