Dunkirk Coal Port is located in France. It handles coal.[1]
Located on France’s northern coast at the entrance to the Strait of Dover, the Port of Dunkirk stretches over 17 km of shoreline and is arranged around two main harbors. It encompasses a dozen specialized terminals handle ores, coal, scrap, slag, aggregates, cement, minerals and pellets.[2]

The Dunkirk Coal Terminal is located on the northern coast of France, near the Belgian border.
Background
Dunkirk is France's leading port for dry bulk handling, which accounts for around 40% of total activity. This leading position is due to the importance of the port industrial cluster's raw materials needs, and to its ability to mobilize inland waterway and rail transport means with its hinterland. A dozen terminals specialize in handling all types of dry bulk, including ores, coal, scrap metal, slag, marine aggregates, cement, minerals, pellets and much more.[3]
