Erdemir Port, officially Port of Karadeniz Ereğli or Er-Port, is a port in the western Black Sea, Turkey.
The port has a total annual capacity of 20 million tonnes. It is operated by Turkish steel-making company Erdemir and can import coal[1] for Kardemir Steel.[2]
Location
The port is located in the Karadeniz Ereğli district of Zonguldak province, about 25 kilometers (16 miles) from the city of Zonguldak. Zonguldak province is a major coal production center.
