Background

Construction for the pipeline began in September, 2013.[6]

In July 2017, the pipeline became operational.[4]

Environment Justice

At about 20:00 on September 20, 2016, a fire broke out in the pipeline during the air pressure test, killing three people and injuring three.[7]
