Liaoning Gas Pipeline Network 辽宁输气管网 is a gas pipeline network with pipelines that are proposed, in development, and operating in Liaoning Province in China.

Background

The major natural gas sources in the province include Liaohe Oil Field associate gas, Jinzhou Bay gas field, Dalian LNG terminal imported LNG, Fuxin coal gasification plant, Shenyang-Qinhuangdao gas pipeline and Russian imported gas through Russia-China East Gas Pipeline.[1][2]

The gas pipeline has reached all cities in the province except Dandong. In the provincial 14th Five-Year-Plan on Energy Sector (2021-2025), the province plans to build Dandong-Dalian Gas Pipeline.[1]

The pipeline is responsible for supplying gas to Hengli PETROCHEMICAL(Dalian) Co., Ltd., a key project in Liaoning Province.[9]


Changtu-Tongliao Gas Pipeline 昌图-通辽输气管道

Segment of the Changtu-Tongliao-Holingol Gas Pipeline. The pipeline runs from Changtu, Liaoning to Tongliao Economic Zone, Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, China.[11]

Jianping-Chifeng Gas Pipeline 朝阳建平-赤峰输气管道[12]

The pipeline runs from Jianiping, Chaoyang, Liaoning to Chinfeng, Inner Mongolia.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the project was made public in April 2019.[13] The pipeline is being built by Chifeng Zhongran Clean Energy Co., Ltd.[12]

The operating of the project started in December 2022.[14]

Chaoyang Branch 秦沈输气管道朝阳支线

Gas enters this branch at Chaoyang City through the Jinzhou Substation, starting at Tanghezi First Station, passing Jinzhou, Huludao, and other locations, and ending at Jianping end station.[23]

本工程线路起点为秦沈线天然气管道锦州石化支线的汤河子分输清管站，沿途经过锦州市太和区、葫芦岛市的连山区、南票区、朝阳市的朝阳县、喀左县、建平县，终止于建平末站，线路长度为168km，管径457mm，设计压力6.3MPa，采用L415直缝高频电阻焊钢管，沿线设置线路截断阀室8座，其中监视阀室2座。管道沿线河流大型穿越1次，河流中型穿越6次，铁路穿越11次，高速公路穿越2次，国道穿越2次，省级公路穿越6次，工业区内部道路穿越3次。管道全部采用聚乙烯三层复合结构防腐层，采用强制电流阴极保护，沿线共设置阴极保护站3座，均与站场合建。[24]

Xianrendao-Dashiqiao Gas Pipeline 仙大输气管道（仙人岛-大石桥）[27]

仙大线为中海油锦州25-1南天然气利用工程-天然气长输管道，管道起于仙人岛能源化工区的仙人岛天然气液化厂，终于大石桥市西侧的大石桥分输站。管道干线长度约为98km，管径Φ406.4，设计压力1.6MPa。干线前期输气规模为1.4×108m3/a。输气管道工程包括由从仙人岛—熊岳—鲅鱼圈—盖州—沿海产业基地—中小企业园—老边区—大石桥市输气干线，总长度98 公里，设计压力1.6MPa，输送的天然气中不含硫化氢。

Pulandian-Zhuanghe gas pipeline 普兰店-庄河输气管道[31]

该项目为大连市天然气高压管道（普兰店-庄河）工程配套建设项目。天然气高压管道起点始于普兰店区大刘家街道的普兰店门站，终至庄河与丹东市交界的火石岭末站，高压管道全长约147 公里，设计压力 6.3 兆帕，运行压力为 5.0~5.5 兆帕，管径DN700，年输气能力 15 亿立方米。管道沿线设普兰店门站（含高中压调压站）1座、皮口高中压调压站 1 座、花园口高中压调压站1 座、庄河高中压调压站 2 座、火石岭末站 1 座（供丹东）。[31]

Lvshun-Dalian Gas Pipeline 旅顺-大连输气管道

The pipeline is part of the Dalian natural gas high-pressure pipeline. This pipeline is also a continuation project of the Dalian LNG Terminal and one of the downstream supporting projects of the Dalian LNG Terminal.[32]
