In 2015, Ha Long Coal Company and China Coal Construction No.3 Co. Ltd. signed a contract to develop the Khe Cham II – IV coal pit mining project.[1] Without any public updates, the full details and current status of this project are unclear, yet the Mine at Khe Cham 3 is currently operating.[2]
