Naba Jambad Project is operated by Eastern Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India in West Bengal, India.[8] It is an amalgamation of Jambad UG coal mine, Jambad OC coal mine and Nabakajora coal mine, and belongs to Cluster No. 10 (ECL).[9]
