Paradip East Quay Coal Terminal is a coal handling facility located at the deepwater Paradip Port in Odisha, India

The terminal is situated at the confluence of the Mahanadi river and the Bay of Bengal.
Background
The Paradip East Quay Coal Terminal is an operating mechanized coal terminal at Paradip Port in Paradip, Odisha, India. It comprises East Quay berths EQ-1, EQ-2 and EQ-3.
The terminal is operated by Paradip East Quay Coal Terminal Private Limited (PEQCTPL), a subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure. PEQCTPL secured the concession to mechanize the three existing East Quay berths and operates them as a terminal with an annual coal-handling capacity of 30 million tonnes.[1][2]
The terminal began operations in November 2021. JSW Infrastructure describes it as a terminal for thermal coal exports and coastal movement.[3] Paradip Port Authority lists its commissioned date as September 12, 2021.[4]
