Talwandi Sabo Power Limited is the company proposing to build the Talwandi Sabo Power Project, a 2,640 megawatts (MW) coal-fired power station proposed to be built at Banawala in Mansa district, Punjab, India.

Talwandi Sabo Power Limited was a special project company created by the State of Punjab for the project but which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterlite Energy, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vedanta Resources, a London Stock Exchange listed company.[1], India.
