Background

The Changtu-Tongliao-Holingol Gas Pipeline is the only long-distance and high-pressured gas pipeline in Eastern Inner Mongolia Region. The phase 1 of the construction was to finish pipeline segment from Changtu to Tongliao, and the phase 2 is to construct the segment from Tongliao to Holingol. The pipeline's source is the Harbin-Shenyang Pipeline.

51% stakes of the operating company, Tongliao Longshengfeng Natural Gas Co., Ltd, was purchased by Shuifa Energas Gas Co., Ltd.(水发派思燃气股份有限公司) in 2021.
