UPK Coal Terminal (Russian: терминал УПК) is coal terminal located in Port Ust-Luga, Russia.

Background
The UPK Terminal is owned by Universal Transhipment Complex LLC, part of the PPK Group. The terminal has an annual capacity of 5.8 million tonnes per year.[1] In 2019, the terminal handled 5.1 million tonnes of cargo in total.[2] In 2020, the terminal handled 4.8 million tonnes, including 4.4 million tonnes of coal.[3] In 2021 and 2022, the terminal handled 4.2 and 3.9 million tonnes of coal, respectively.[4] As of November 2024, the company's website stated that the capacity of the terminal is 5.1 million tonnes (reduced from 5.8 previously).[1] In the 9 months of 2024, the terminal shipped 4 million tonnes of coal.[5]
The terminal exported 4.7 mtpa of coal in 2025.[6]
